Vista is your ERP backbone: built for financials, project controls, and operations. Arcoro is your HR backbone: built for the complete employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through benefits, compliance, and performance.

The integration connects both systems, so clean, accurate workforce data flows into Vista on your schedule — without manual re-entry or reconciliation. Arcoro Core HR serves as the authoritative system of record for employee data.

Option 1: Automated Sync via Trimble AppXChange (Recommended)

As a Trimble Certified Partner, Arcoro connects to Vista through the AppXChange platform. Employee data maintained in Core HR flows into Vista without manual exports, reformatting, or rekeying. Syncs run on your schedule or on demand, and AppXChange checks for new data from Arcoro approximately every 15 minutes — so once a sync is initiated, your payroll team is working with current records.

Option 2: File-Based Integration

For teams that prefer direct control over when data moves between systems, Arcoro’s file-based integration lets you manage the timing. Your team triggers exports from Core HR and imports them into Vista on a schedule that works for you.

How does the integration work?

Arcoro’s Core HR connects to Trimble Vista in two ways. With the AppXChange integration, Arcoro’s recommended path, employee data moves from Core HR into Vista’s Payroll module via Trimble’s AppXChange platform. Your team initiates syncs manually or on a schedule, and AppXChange checks for new data approximately every 15 minutes. For teams that prefer to manage when data moves, Arcoro also supports a file-based integration where your team controls the export and import timing.
