Data Sync Overview

Arcoro Payroll and Sage Intacct Construction are connected through a two-way API integration that keeps your systems in sync. Company-level data — including employees, departments, jobs, cost codes, locations, and labor/union details — flows from Sage Intacct Construction into Arcoro, which then distributes it in real time to ExakTime and Core HR.

In the other direction, payroll transactions including GL journal entries, timecards, and employee payroll updates are sent from Arcoro Payroll back to Sage Intacct Construction, eliminating duplicate data entry and giving your accounting team a clear view of labor costs.

How does the integration work?

The Arcoro Payroll and Sage Intacct Construction integration uses a two-way API connection. Company-level data — including employees, departments, jobs, cost codes, locations, and union details — syncs from Sage Intacct Construction into the Arcoro Hub, which distributes it in real time to ExakTime and Core HR. Payroll data, including GL journal entries, timecards, and employee payroll updates, flows in the opposite direction from Arcoro Payroll back to Sage Intacct Construction.
