Employee data flows from Sage 300 CRE into Core HR during initial setup, establishing Core HR as your system of record. From that point forward, updates made in Core HR—to compensation, tax information, direct deposit, and benefits—sync back to Sage 300 CRE. HR administrators control when syncs run through the Integration Connector built into Core HR.
The integration syncs six data categories: employee demographics (name, address, work email, hire/termination dates, occupation), compensation (pay rates and types), federal tax information (filing status, withholding, W-4 details), state tax information, direct deposit (account and routing details), and benefit deductions and employer fringe codes.
