How does the integration work?

The integration creates a bidirectional connection between Arcoro Core HR and Sage 300 CRE. Employee data flows from Sage 300 CRE into Core HR during initial setup, establishing Core HR as your system of record. From that point forward, updates made in Core HR—to compensation, tax information, direct deposit, and benefits—sync back to Sage 300 CRE. HR administrators control when syncs run through the Integration Connector built into Core HR.
