Megan Stillerman

Megan Stillerman oversees the entire customer experience lifecycle, from initial acquisition through long-term retention and growth. She is responsible for driving customer-centric strategies, ensuring that Arcoro’s products and services meet the evolving needs of HR professionals and organizations.

Chief Marketing Officer

Kristen Wright

Kristen Wright oversees all of Arcoro’s marketing efforts, including corporate, product and revenue marketing. She is responsible for connecting Arcoro’s story with customers and prospects and communicating the value of the Arcoro platform in addressing the evolving needs of HR professionals and their organizations.

Chief Sales Officer

Will Yarbrough

Will Yarbrough oversees all of Arcoro’s sales efforts. As an accomplished sales leader with two decades of experience, Will is responsible for both direct and channel sales for Arcoro. His expertise as a sales leader helps expand Arcoro’s reach and reinforces our position as the premier HR solution for small and mid-size construction companies.

Chief Technology Officer

Senthil Subramanian

As Chief Technology Officer, Senthil Subramanian is in charge of Arcoro’s technology strategy and implementation of new products and services. A seasoned leader of vertical SaaS businesses, Senthil offers a pragmatic approach to solving technical issues while relying on a leadership style that involves spotting, coaching, mentoring and motivating teams to reach their top potential.

Chief Finance Officer

Cody Ellis

Cody Ellis oversees and manages Arcoro’s finances, ensuring the company continues to be fiscally healthy while developing financial strategies to meet our goals. With more than 20 years’ experience in various finance roles, including senior and executive leadership, Cody is instrumental in contributing to Arcoro’s continued success in the construction HR technology space.
