The Donley’s Human Resources department sought advice from fellow Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) members to find a compliant HR solution. In 2017 they discovered the Arcoro Applicant Tracking (ATS), Onboarding and Performance Management Systems based on recommendations from the AGC network.

After implementing the Arcoro ATS, Donley’s could centralize recruiting information into a single online platform. “It’s our single source of new candidates for filling open positions within our organization,” Donley’s Human Resources Coordinator Rachel Moviel said. “It has totally streamlined our recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes from posting the position to completing background checks, drug tests and submitting to eVerify, to onboarding hiring forms.”

Moviel also credits the ability to post jobs to a variety of job boards with just a few clicks to the overall increase in new applicants.

And our new employees provide very positive feedback on our onboarding process,” said Moviel. Donley’s new hires now go online to sign off on state-specific onboarding paperwork depending on where they are located, as well as federal forms and company handbooks.
