Notable Product Enhancements to Meet Customer Needs

Arcoro enhanced customers’ ability to maximize their use of workforce data.  In addition to being available for its ExakTime time tracking, Applicant Tracking and Learning Management solutions, the company added Advanced Analytics for Core HR and Benefits. The advanced analytics tool helps transform raw data into accessible information and insights customers can use to make better business decisions.

The company also introduced new functionality that allows customers to capture their own data from the field. Within ExakTime, users can create custom questions employees answer on clock-in or clock-out. These can be related to any relevant information the customer needs like compliance with workplace rules, safety incidents, jobsite conditions and health. Responses collected can be aggregated over time to provide a comprehensive set of data.

Strengthening its Position in the Construction Industry Ecosystem

Arcoro has forged strong partnerships with industry associations, compliance organizations and other construction software companies to provide our customers with a seamless, well-rounded user experience. In 2024, Arcoro strengthened and expanded its partnerships to help provide our customers with the best HR software tools.

  • Entered into an arrangement with CFMA as the association’s HR Technology Strategic Partner. As CFMA’s HR Technology Strategic Partner, Arcoro supports the association’s HR for Construction Finance Certificate Program along with national, regional and local education and networking events.
  • Partnered with BuildOps to allow data to be securely shared between systems, helping to automate processes. The arrangement with BuildOps—an all-in-one sales, field service and project management platform for commercial contractors—helps maintain accurate HR employee data while streamlining processes.
  • Launched a new relationship ABC Insurance Trust that helps construction companies offer and administer high-quality benefits both affordably and effectively.
