Kevin Berens

Kevin Berens is responsible for Arcoro’s product strategy and its alignment with Arcoro’s vision. He oversees all aspects of product delivery, working with teams across the organization to understand product needs and priorities and to improve efficiency and communication.

Chief Customer Officer

Megan Stillerman

Megan Stillerman oversees the entire customer experience lifecycle, from initial acquisition through long-term retention and growth. She is responsible for driving customer-centric strategies, ensuring that Arcoro’s products and services meet the evolving needs of HR professionals and organizations.

Chief Marketing Officer

Kristen Wright

Kristen Wright oversees all of Arcoro’s marketing efforts, including corporate, product and revenue marketing. She is responsible for connecting Arcoro’s story with customers and prospects and communicating the value of the Arcoro platform in addressing the evolving needs of HR professionals and their organizations.

Chief Sales Officer

Will Yarbrough

Will Yarbrough oversees all of Arcoro’s sales efforts. As an accomplished sales leader with two decades of experience, Will is responsible for both direct and channel sales for Arcoro. His expertise as a sales leader helps expand Arcoro’s reach and reinforces our position as the premier HR solution for small and mid-size construction companies.
