Texas HVAC Contractor Updates its HR Process to Match its Growth

A Texas-based plumbing and HVAC contractor with major business longevity – more than 50 years – was growing at a nice rate but its outdated HR processes couldn’t keep up. ExakTime/Sage 300 Integration

300, eliminating redundant manual data entry and mistakes. The employee portal gives workers the ability to view and change their own information, like pay stubs, right from their phones, providing valuable
transparency while automating the processes. And employee data is safeguarded because it’s restricted to approved users. Core HR provided tremendous time savings, which was a huge return on investment, saving hundreds of hours per year.
