Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is a division of the Department of Labor, and exists to ensure a safe workplace. In certain industries like construction and manufacturing, employers must offer OSHA safety training, and employees must meet certain thresholds to be eligible for certain roles on the jobsite.
